My wife and I support Paul as the absolutely most qualified and dedicated new candidate on our District 19 ballot. I also am a Colonel, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers--retired after 27 years on active duty around the world. My connection with Paul is related to education and separate from my military service. Nevertheless, I recommend him to all active duty and Veterans (including retired military) here in our portion of Montgomery County. I am confident that he will serve us all well in the Maryland General Assembly as a member of our County Delegation within the House of Delegates!
